The 2008-2009 Concert Series

You can be justifiably proud of your Hutchinson Symphony Orchestra!

Join us at the Fox Theater for another wonderful season of music with the Hutchinson Symphony Orchestra and conductor Dr. Richard Koshgarian ! This season highlights your favorites as well as many new and exciting selections.

The season opens on September 25 with Shadows and Lights; an exciting program highlighted with an exciting light show.

The second concert of the season features the world renowned pianist, James Dick performing on an evening exciting and powerful Russian Music. Mr. Dick will be performing Tchaikovsky's Concerto No. 1 in Bb.

Celebrate the Christmas Season with your orchestra as they play many of your favorite yuletide tunes. The orchestra's own Nancy Kerr will be featured.

The February 12 concert will feature some of the best talent in the area with the winners of the Anderson Concerto competition. The concert will finish with a moving performance of Aaron Copeland's, "A Lincoln Portrait"

The Hutchinson Symphony's concert finale will feature the "Big Three:" Brahms, Bach and Beethoven on April 16.
